  1. Get an exclusive phone number for this chatbot

You need to obtain a phone number that hasn’t been used with WhatsApp Business before.

Go to Tools in your chatbot portal

Connect your Meta Business Portfolio with Doko

Complete the Facebook login

Connect your account with Doko

Complete your Business Portfolio information

Create or connect your WhatsApp Business account

Verify your phone number

Make sure the phone number you’re using hasn’t been used with WhatsApp Business before.

Set up a payment method

This step is necessary to be able to talk with your chatbot

Please verify your payment methods to continue with the onboarding process.
