How to create your chatbot?

Access your dashboard

Click on the ‘Create Chatbot’ button located in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

Configure the basics

Set up the basic aspects of your chatbot, such as the name and knowledge bases.

Add a knowledge base so your chatbot can answer your customers’ questions.

You can add up to 10 knowledge bases which can be web pages and PDFs.

Make sure your documents contain only text to improve response accuracy.

Click create

Click create and in less than 20 seconds you’ll have your chatbot ready to use.

Access your dashboard

Access your chatbot dashboard and edit your chatbot parameters.
