Access your dashboard

Click on the ‘Create Chatbot’ button located in the upper right corner of your dashboard.

Set the basics

Set up the basic aspects of your chatbot, such as the name and knowledge bases.

Add a knowledge base so your chatbot can answer your customers’ question, you can add web pages and PDFs.

If you do not have one you can easily generate with our AI generator one for context

Make sure your documents contain only text to improve response accuracy.

Click next

Click next and in less than 20 seconds you’ll have your chatbot ready to use.
